8 ounces mayonnaise
1 ounce red wine vinegar
8 ounces sour cream
4 ounces buttermilk
1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
tabasco sauce, to taste
pepper, to taste
12 ounces roquefort cheese, crumbled
Servings: 32
1. Combine all the ingredients except the Roquefort and mix well.

2. Add the crumbled Roquefort and combine.

Yield: 1 quart (1 liter)
