1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1 teaspoon dried minced onions
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup all-purpose flour

In a small bowl, combine the first seven ingredients; cover and chill at least 1 hour. In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, cornmeal, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Beat egg and milk.
