blue cheese crumbles (8g fat, 100 calories) per ounce

1 sweet potatoe cut into fries (30g carb, 135 calories)

mix the ground buffalo with your favorite seasoning... i used garlic pepper and a pinch of seasoning salt... i sauteed the mushrooms and red onions in olive oil and garlic for a few seconds to make them soft. i baked the sweet potatoe fries instead of frying them
