Recipe Feeder
2 squirrels cut up
½ cup flour
Pepper to taste
Onion powder to taste
Garlic powder to taste
Cayenne pepper to taste
Oil
3 Tbs. butter
BBQ sauce
Hot Sauce (optional)


In a large skillet heat 1/8 inch oil & 3Tbs. butter over medium heat.
Mix flour and seasonings to your taste.
Dredge squirrel pieces in flour, cover well.
Place in heated oil/butter and brown on both sides. (5-7 minutes per side).
Reduce heat to low and cover. Cook covered on low heat for 20 minutes.
Remove lid, turn squirrel pieces over, recover and cook another 20 minutes.

Remove from heat. In a medium sized bowl place about ½ cup of your favorite BBQ, more or less to your taste,
Add squirrel pieces 2-3 at a time and toss in BBQ sauce until well covered, continue with remainder squirrel.

Serve immediately with cornbread and coleslaw, and some corn on the cob and hot sauce if desired.
