Recipe Feeder
4 tablespoon Butter
4 tablespoon Flour
2 cup Milk
½ teaspoon Salt
1 dash Pepper, White
2 Egg Yolks
1 tablespoon Cream
4 tablespoon Swiss Cheese, Shredded

Melt butter in a heavy sauce pan over low heat; add flour, stirring until smooth. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly. Stir in salt and pepper.

Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored; stir in whipping cream. Gradually stir about 1/4 of hot mixutre into yolks; add to remaining hot mixture and cook, stirring , until thickened ,2 minutes. Add cheese; stir until melted.
