Recipe Feeder
1/8 gal. Red Wine Vinegar
1 Pickling Spice
1 cup Shortening
1 can Yellow Onion, Chopped -- chopped finely
4 clove Garlic -- chopped finely
1 tbs. Sweet Paprika
1/2 cup New Mexican Chili
1 tbs. Oregano
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 tbs. Cumin Seed
2 tbs. Mustard

Bring red wine vinegar, pickling spice, and shortening to a boil and let simmer for about five minutes then let cool and then remove pickling spice heat and add remaining ingredients. Stir and simmer until thick. You may want to taste and add a little more of this and that. Grill your steak and put this sauce on the top side when you turn the steak over. It be damn good too to cook a roast in Dutch Oven and add this Sauce last hour of cooking.
