6 oz. cucumber, pared, grated, drained
5 oz. plain yogurt
1 tbsp. mint, chopped
cumin seeds, roasted, ground, to taste
cayenne pepper, to taste
salt, black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in bowl. Cover; refrigerate until chilled.
