Recipe Feeder
1 lb can pink salmon (drain, remove skin and bones, flake)
dash of salt
1 8-oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp liquid smoke
1 TBSP lemon juice
1 tsp Tabasco
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Combine ingredients and mix well . . . if a softer spread is desired, add a spoonful of cream.

Chill before serving to allow flavors to blend.

This makes a good sandwich spread or vegetable dip.

For festive occasions, mix the first six ingredients, form into a ball or log, and use the chopped nuts to coat the ball/log.
