10 1/2 ounces marshmallows
1/4 cup butter
1 cup coconut
1 1/4 cups semisweet chocolate chips
2 cups Rice Krispies®
Servings: 3
1. Line a 13X9 pan with foil. Grease or spray with Pam. Combine marshmallows, butter, and chocolate in a microwavable bowl. Mix for 4-6 min. checking and stirring every 2 min. until melted. Stir in Rice Krispies and coconut.

2. Spread in pan quickly using a buttered spatula. Chill. Cut into small bars, finger size. I double this recipe and use a cookie sheet. They are a hit whenever I make them.
