Salt & Pepper to taste
8 crackers (crushed)
Finely minced garlic (to taste)
Mix well and make very tiny meatballs. Fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Cook and freeze, if desired, or serve hot on picks with Sweet & Sour Sauce.
