1 hot baked potato
1/4 cup prepared salsa
2 tablespoons rinsed and drained canned black beans
2 tablespoons shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon chopped green onions
Servings: 1
Slit and fluff hot baked potato and place on baking sheet. Top each with salsa, beans and cheese. Place under broiler for 1 minute, or until cheese melts. Top each potato with green onions.
