2 quarts water
1 quart cider vinegar
1 cup canning pickling salt
Bring ingredients to a boil.

In canning jars put:
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. dill seed
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/2 tsp. ground red pepper or 1 whole dried pepper
green tomatoes
green peppers

Pour liquid in jar. Seal while hot.

NOTE: Substitute eggs for the green tomatoes for Pickled Eggs.
