Recipe Feeder
1½ cup Rice, Hot Cooked
½ package Yeast, Dry
½ cup Water, Warmed
3 Eggs
1¼ cup Flour
4 tablespoon Sugar
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg

Mash rice grains, and cool to lukewarm. Dissolve yeast in warm water, and stir into rice. Cover, and let rise overnight in a warm place 85 deg, free from drafts.

Add eggs, flour, sugar, salt, and nutmeg to rice mixture, beating until smooth. Cover and let stand in a warm place 30 minutes. Heat 3 inches of oil to 360f; drop dough by tablespoonfuls into hot oil. Cook 3 minutes or until golden brown. Drain; sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve immediately.
