Recipe Feeder
1 pound Beef, Thinly Sliced
1 Garlic Clove, Crushed
1 tablespoon Sugar
2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon Ginger
1 cup Celery, Thinly Sliced
1 cup Onion, Thinly Sliced
1 Green Pepper, Thinly Sliced
4 small Tomatoes, Peeled & Quartered
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
1 tablespoon Water

In a deep microwave casserole place beef and heat in mcrowave 5 mins or until meat is no longer red. Drain excess liquid. Add garlic, sugar, soy sauce, ginger, celery, onion, green pepper and tomatoes and heat in microwave 5 mins or until vegetables are tender.

In a small cup combine cornstarch and water . Add cornstarch mixture to liquid in casserole and heat an additional 2 mins or until mixture is thickened and smooth.
