½ cup Onion
1 tablespoon Butter
2 Eggs, Beaten
1 cup Milk
¾ cup Oats
1 tablespoon Parsley, Chopped
2 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Savory
¼ teaspoon Pepper
2½ pound Beef, Ground
*** GLAZE ***
½ cup Ketchup
2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
½ teaspoon Gravy Bouillon
¼ teaspoon Mustard, Dry

Soften onions in butter until clear. Combine with remaining meatloaf ingredients. Form into loaf and rerigerate 2 hours. Unmold into larger baking pan and bake at 350f 30 mins. Remove from oven and drain. Brush with glaze; return to oven, bake another hour or until no pink remains, brushing now and then with glaze.
