Apple Onion Stuffing

5 tablespoon Butter
1 cup Onion, Diced
2 cup Bread Crumbs
2 Apples, Chopped
1 cup White Wine
2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
¼ teaspoon Allspice
1 cup Almonds, Chopped



In frying pan, melt butter and saute onions until they are clear. In a bowl, combine the bread crumbs with the onion mix. Add apples and wine. Return to pan and cook 5 minutes longer. Add the remaining ingredients stuff into turkey neck and body cavities.
