Easy Recipe Finder

Recipe Feeder
1 Cauliflower, Cut Up
4 Potatoes, Cubed
4 tablespoon Oil
1 teaspoon Cumin, Seeds
1 stick Ginger, Fresh
3 Garlic Cloves
¾ teaspoon Turmeric
1 teaspoon Chili
3 Tomatoes
1 teaspoon Garam Masala
2 teaspoon Coriander

Heat oil and saute cumin seeds for about a minute. Add garlic and ginger, stir and add potatoes. Add turmeric ,chili powder and tomatoes and simmer 5 minutes. Add cauliflower on high heat. Lower heat, cover and let simmer 15 minutes. Curry should be damp dry.
