3 medium Zucchini
1/3 cup Cornmeal
1/3 cup Flour
4 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese, Grated
½ teaspoon Onion, Powdered
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 dash Lemon Pepper
1 Egg, Beaten
2 tablespoon Milk
3 tablespoon Butter, Melted
Heat oven to 450f. Grease glass baking dish. Cut off ends from zucchini and slice each one in half lengthwise, then in half again forming 12 spears. Combine dry ingredients. In shallow bowl, combine egg and milk.
Roll zucchini in cornmeal mixture. Dip into egg mixture, then again in cornmeal mixture to coat thoroughly. Place in dish. Drizzle with butter. Bake 15 mins until zucchini is tender.
