8 oz sausage - mild italian
1 flat bacon
2 onion

1 bg cabbage - white

2 oz Dijon
4 oz vinegar - white wine
black pepper

20 oz cream

=Saute onion, sausage and bacon until soft, add cabbage. Cover, cook till cabbage is starting to wilt. Add mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper, cook till almost tender, add cream and cook several minutes more, until slightly reduced.
