1 part (by weight) parmesan
1 part (by weight) pecan

=Clean the lamb. Mix together the bread crumb, parmesan and nut. Flour the lamb, dip in beaten and seasoned egg, roll in bread crumb mix, pressing to coat well. Deep-fry @ 350F for 1.5 minutes, rest 5 minutes and deep-fry for 45 seconds to finish.
