Recipe Feeder
4 large potatoes - peeled and sliced thin
butter - in pea-sized pieces

0.5 cups cream - heavy
0.5 cups half & half
parmesan - grated

=Thinly slice potatoes, wash well, dry. Layer in an oven-proof gratin dish, each layer of potatoes doting with whole butter and sprinkling with salt & pepper. Mix together cream and half & half, pour over potatoes. Top with parmesan cheese.
Bake @ 375F ~45 minutes or until a skewer can be pushed through the potatoes without feeling the layers. Let rest 10 minutes, serve.
Can be reheated.
