Also can add, carrots, red peppers, celery, mushrooms.
Boil macaroni, set aside.
Saute cabbage in butter, set aside.
2 lbs. lean ground beef,
1 1/2 cups macaroni,
3 or 4 chopped green onions,
1/2 cup green peppers,
3 cups chopped cabbage
3 cups diced can tomatoes
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
2 tsps. LaGrille Seasoning Salt
Salt & pepper to taste
Serves 8
In a 4 quart pot, fry ground beef, onions, and any vegetables you may add. Add seasoning salt, and
salt and pepper, while cooking. Cook well. Drain.
Pour back in pot. Add sauted cabbage, tomatoes, and macaroni. Mix well over medium heat.
