Brussels Sprouts with Garlic and Mushrooms

2-3 tbsp/30-45ml oil
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 lb/450g Brussels sprouts, thinly sliced
1 ¼ cups/l00g/4oz mushrooms, sliced
Serves 4
1-Heat some oil in a wok or deep-sided frying pan. Add the garlic and fry quickly, stirring, until
crisp and brown.

2-Add the sprouts and mushrooms and stir until coated with garlic and oil. Stir-fry for 1-2
minutes and eat while crisp and hot. A delicious accompaniment to bean dishes.
