Corn on the Cob with Garlic Butter

garlic paste
Serves 4-6
1-Remove the outer green leaves from the fresh corn. Place in boiling salted water with a drop of
olive oil.

2-Simmer for 20 minutes, or until the corn is cooked and tender. Remove from the heat and
drain.

3-Smother liberally with butter and garlic paste.
