1 2/3 cups/300g/l0oz silken tofu
2 tbsp/30ml lemon juice
3 tbsp/45ml oil
pinch salt
1 tsp/5ml soy sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed
makes about 2 cups/ 475ml/16fl oz
Blend everything together in a liquidizer / blender.
 
Top
