2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 medium onion, diced
1 1/4 pounds Brussels sprouts, cut in half
6 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 cup ground hazelnuts
Makes 8 servings.
Heat large skillet on medium to medium-high heat and add oil. Saute onion for a few minutes, then add
the halved Brussels sprouts. Cook until the onion starts to brown (about 8 minutes). Add garlic, and cook
another couple minutes. Add the salt and ground nuts, and cook one minute.

VARIATIONS:
- Add some sliced carrots after the onion.
