Great for parties.

2 lbs. lean ground beef,
1 tsp. salt,
1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs,
1 egg,
1/4 tsp. pepper,
1/2 cup milk,
1/4 cup vegetable oil,
2 tbsps. flour,
2 cups tomato juice,
3/4 cup barbecue sauce,
1/4 cup water,
1 can pineapple chunks, drained.

Mix together ground beef, salt, bread crumbs, egg, pepper, and milk. Form into small balls. Saute meatballs in a non-stick
pan until golden brown on all side. Stir often. Stir often.
Set aside. In sauce pan. mix flour with tomato juice,or sauce.
Cook stirring until smooth. Add barbecue sauce, water, and pineapple chunks. Pour over browned meatballs.
Place lid on pan, turn heat to low, and cook for an additional
30 to 45 minutes, or until meatballs are done.
