Aioli with Fresh Vegetables

2 eggs
1 cup olive oil
1 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
10 cloves garlic, finely minced
Assorted fresh vegetables
2 1/2 Cups
In a blender, combine eggs, olive oil, 1/2 cup vegetable oil, mustard, salt and sugar; cover and blend 5 seconds. With blender on high speed, pour 1/2 cup vegetable oil in a very slow, thin stream; stir occasionally until thickened. Stir in garlic; chill.

Serve with assorted fresh vegetables for dipping.
