Serving Ideas: This dish is good as a stuffing for sandwiches

500 grams chopped/minced chicken
1/3 cup oil
1 teaspoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons red chili powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1 piece julienned ginger (2 inch)
2/3 cup cashew nut pieces
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 medium onion, chopped
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
4 whole clove
Salt, to taste

SET ONE
3 cups altogether of the following vegetables, cut into bite-size pieces
Capsicum
Cauliflower
Carrots
French beans
Servings: 4
1. Heat oil on medium in a skillet and when oil is hot add cumin seeds, cashew nuts and cloves. Fry until the nuts turn light brown and then add onion, ginger pieces, garlic paste, salt, turmeric and red chili powder. Fry for three minutes.

2. Next add vegetables and sugar. Fry for 5 minutes on medium heat and later add chicken pieces, stir well, cover and let cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
