1 1/2 cups ketchup
1 cup chili sauce
2 tablespoons chili sauce
3/4 cup orange concentrate, undiluted
3/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup molasses
2 tablespoons molasses
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
6 tablespoons dry mustard
3 1/2 ounces soy sauce
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon red pepper, crushed
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
60 American lamb spareribs
Servings: 15
1. In large saucepan, combine all ingredients except lamb spareribs and whisk until smooth. Simmer for approximately 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

2. Grill spareribs or roast at 375°F for 30 to 40 minutes, turning once. Brush frequently with sauce.
