3 tablespoons salt
3 tablespoons garlic powder
1 1/2 tablespoons pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
48 4-oz each American lamb loin chops (4 to 5 ounce portions)
herbed neufchatel cheese or herbed boursin cheese
Servings: 24
1. Combine salt, garlic powder, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. Rub seasoning mixture on lamb chops and refrigerate for 1 hour.

2. Broil or grill to desired degree of doneness: 145ºF for medium-rare, 160ºF for medium or 170ºF for well.

3. Serve with small scoop of Herbed Neufchatel or Boursin cheese.
