4 cups romaine lettuce, shredded
4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
4 chopped green onions
2 tablespoons vinegar-based reduced calorie Caesar salad dressing (2-3 tablespoons)
4 8-inch flour tortillas
8 1-ounce pepper-crusted turkey slices
8 marinated sun-dried tomatoes, drained
Fresh grated pepper, to taste
Servings: 4
1. In medium bowl, combine lettuce, cheese, green onion and salad dressing.

2. Arrange 1 cup mixture over each of the 4 tortillas. Top each with 2 slices turkey, 2 sun-dried tomatoes and pepper to taste.

3. Fold in bottom and top portions. Roll up from side to completely enclose filling.

Yield: 4 Wraps
