Preparation Time: 25 minutes

Notes: A basic sloppy-joe type sandwich.
1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 cup tomato sauce, or catsup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1/4 teaspoon pepper, or to taste
4 hamburger buns
Servings: 4
Saute ground beef with onion and green pepper until lightly browned. Drain off excess fat. Add all remaining ingredients. Mix well and simmer for 15 minutes. Spoon onto hamburger buns.
