Italian Style Meat Loaf

1 pound lean ground beef
6 ounces italian sausage or spicy bulk sausage
14 1/2 ounces Italian style stewed tomatoes
1 cup fresh bread crumbs
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 egg, beaten
Servings: 6
1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.

2. Place in a 4 1/2 x 8" loaf pan. Bake at 350F for 1 hour; drain.
