4 4 ounces boneless pork loin chops, butterflied
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup flour
1 egg, beaten with water
1 tablespoon water
6 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
Servings: 4
1. Between two pieces of plastic wrap, pound each butterflied chop to 1/8-inch thickness.

2. Brush one surface of each chop with sesame oil, sprinkle with one tablespoon green onion. Roll up chops; coat with flour, dip into egg wash, and roll in sesame seeds. Heat oil in nonstick skillet. Add pork rolls and cook 10-12 minutes, turning carefully to brown all sides.
