1 quart vegetable oil
3 cups olive oil
3 cups fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup dried oregano, crumbled
1/4 cup dried parsley
1/4 cup dried basil, crumbled
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Yield: 2 1/2 quarts
1. Combine ingredients, mixing well.

2. Place fish in marinade.

3. Refrigerate for 3 hours. Remove fish from marinade and grill or broil.`

Yield: 2 1/2 quarts
