Honey-Balsamic Marinade

2 cups honey
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cups dijon mustard
1 1/4 cups balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon coarsely ground pepper
1 tablespoon garlic salt
Yield: 5 1/2 cups
1. Mix all ingredients.

2. Brush on fish or chicken before grilling or baking.

Yield: 5 1/2 cups
