1 quart salad oil
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup liquid smoke
2 cups soy sauce
1/4 cup cider vinegar
4 cloves minced garlic
1/4 cup celery salt
1/4 cup dry mustard
1/4 cup ground ginger
1 cup brown sugar
Yield: 2 quarts
1. Combine ingredients, mixing well.

2. Pour over meat. Marinate in the refrigerator 6 hours or longer.



Notes: Pour over pork or beef.
