Roasted Portabella Mushroom

50 portabella mushroom (approx. 18 lb total)
1 gallon Balsamic Vinegar Marinade for Vegetables
Servings: 50
1. Clean mushrooms. Dry well. Brush both sides of mushrooms with Balsamic Vinegar Marinade.

2. Place mushrooms gill side down on lightly oiled baking pan. Roast for 10-12 minutes, until tender. After baking, brush mushrooms with marinade.

The gills from the under side of the mushroom cap may be removed before baking.
