1 quart mayonnaise
6 ounces pickle relish
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
6 ounces green olives, chopped
1 tablespoon onion, minced
2 ounces pimiento, chopped
1/2 cup vinegar or lemon juice
few drops worcestershire sauce
few drops hot pepper sauce
Yield: 1 3/4 quarts
Mix all ingredients.



Notes: Serve with fish.
