1 pound ground turkey
3/4 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup quick cooking oats
1/4 cup green onion, chopped fine
2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
3/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
Servings: 4
1. Preheat barbecue to medium-high and lightly grease grills.

2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly and form into four patties. Grill on medium-high for 5-7 minutes per side or until meat is no longer pink in center.

Serve immediately.



Notes: Optional: Top with Mozzarella cheese, lettuce and cucumber slices if desired.
