3 pounds ground chuck
6 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon Lowry's Seasoning Salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (optional)
Crackers, crushed
Your favorite barbecue sauce
12 hamburger buns (onion flavor preferred)
Servings: 12
1. Put all ingredients into a bowl, except crackers, barbecue sauce and buns. Mix well with hands. Add crushed crackers until mixture reaches desired consistency; mix well.

2. Mold mixture into twelve 2-inch balls. Pat gently in hands into burger shape.

3. Place burgers on grill over low-medium flame. Flip every 3-4 minutes. Baste with your favorite barbecue sauce after each flip.

4. Cook 'em how you like 'em!
