Dry-Roasted Herbed Mushrooms

1 pound mushrooms, sliced
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
Servings: 12
1. Arrange mushroom slices in a single layer on baking sheets sprayed with cooking spray. Mix seasonings and sprinkle over.

2. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 200F, till crisp but not browned.

3. Store in an airtight container.
