2 slices white bread
butter, softened, as needed
1 ounce cooked turkey breast, sliced thin
1 ounce ham, sliced thin
2 swiss cheese slices
1 egg
1 ounce milk
Servings: 1
1. Spread one side of each slice of bread with butter.

2. Arrange the turkey breast, ham and cheese on top of the butter on one slice of bread.

3. Place the other slice of bread on top of the cheese, butter side against the cheese.

4. Beat the egg and milk together. Dip the sandwich in the egg batter and allow the batter to soak into the bread.

5. Deep-fry the sandwich in 375ºF (190ºC) oil until it is evenly browned. Remove from the oil and drain well. Cut the sandwich into 4 pieces and arrange as desired.

Yield: 1 Sandwich
