Recipe Feeder
1/2 cup flour
4 tbsp yellow cornmeal
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs, well beaten
7/8 cup milk
1 tsp melted butter

Sift cornmeal, salt and flour together.
Add milk and butter to eggs and stir
gradually into flour mixture. Beat
with egg beater until batter is full
of bubbles. Fill well-buttered, preheated
muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake 15 minutes at
450 degrees F. Reduce heat to 375 degrees F
and bake for additional 15 - 20 minutes.
Makes 10 popovers in 2 1/2-inch muffin tins.
Make sure tins are hot before adding batter.
