Banana Peach Shake

1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about
2 large), frozen
1 cup peach nectar
1/2 cup low-fat milk

BANANA-APRICOT SHAKE
1 cup apricot nectar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions:
You can mash and freeze overripe bananas to have on hand to make this refreshing shake. The ingredients can be doubled easily to make 6 servings.


Place all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend about 30 seconds or until smooth. Serve immediately over ice cubes. 3 servings

BANANA-APRICOT SHAKE

Substitute 1 cup apricot nectar for the peach nectar. Add 1/4 teaspoon vanilla to mixture in blender.
