Ingredients:

1 tablespoon unsalted buttersoftened
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ginger

1/4 teaspoon allspice
1 egg whiteslightly beaten
2 tablespoons cold water
3-4 cups unsalted nuts (walnutsalmondshazelnutscashewspecans

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 275.With brush spread butter over large baking sheet. combine sugar salt and spices in a small bowl. Add egg white and water; stir to a smooth paste. With a fork mix in nuts 1 cup at a time making sure all are-coated. Spread evenly onto baking sheet. Bake 45 minutes until all are crisp and golden. Let cool completely before storing.
