Ingredients:
1/4 cup Cumin Seed
1/4 cup Chili Powder
2 tbs. Coriander Seed -- crushed
1 tbs. Cinnamon
1 tbs. Brown Sugar -- packed
2 tbs. Salt
1 tbs. Red Pepper
2 tbs. Black Pepper
Instructions:
Combine all the ingredients and grind to a powder in a spice mill, coffee grinder, or with a mortar and pestle. Cover in a cool, dark place, it will keep for about 6 weeks.
