Ingredients:

1/4 cup Salt
1/8 cup Celery Seed
1/8 cup Garlic Powder
1/8 cup Onion Powder
1 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Paprika
3 tbs. Black Pepper
2 tbs. Chili Powder
1 tsp. Cumin Seed
1/2 tsp. Cayenne Pepper

Instructions:

Mix ingredients well and store in an air-tight container. This batch is enough for 6 lbs. of ribs if rubbed lightly.
