Ingredients:

3 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon ground
3 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg ground
3 1/2 teaspoons allspice ground
3 1/2 teaspoons ginger ground

Instructions:

In a small bowl, mix cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and ginger. Store in a tightly covered jar in a cool, dry place,
Use 1 1/2 tablespoons in place of other spices in a 9-inch pumpkin pie or sprinkle lightly on sweet potatoes or acorn squash before baking.
